Stride Correction & Dry land- Hockey Conditioning

Our Off-Ice Stride Correction Program focuses on refining stride mechanics, explosive power, and quick transitions.

Practice push-off power, knee drive, and transition movements—all essential for faster, more efficient skating on the ice!

Athletes will work on dryland drills, strength training, and balance exercises to develop a more efficient and powerful stride, leading to better speed, edge work, and endurance on the ice. Coach Amanda will correct body positions and implement specific exercises that will enhance your turns and transitions, C-steps and 3-turns.
