Coaching Philosophy: My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that every skater is unique, and training should reflect that individuality. By maintaining small classes and providing customized attention, I help skaters develop their strengths, address weaknesses, and achieve their goals. I believe in teaching technically correct skills while implementing teaching aids and progressions creating a fun and developmentally sound learning environment. 

Background: I have a figure skating background with 4 gold test medals complete. I fell in love with teaching hockey players proper technique and how to skate properly. I have competed competitively in Synchro skating placing 4th at Adult Nationals. Recently I've gotten back into skating for myself and training for ice cross downhill skating representing Canada. 

Certifications: Figure Skating: NCCP Provincial; some National Technical. Power Skating Certified, Special Olympics, Sport Conditioning Certified Coach.
